Chris did an awesome job cleaning, he came late in the evening to accommodate our schedule and was very efficient with his work. I would recommend him and the service!
This company was amazing. Super knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned and the pricing was great. I’ll definitely be using them again.
They did an absolute wonderful job removing the stains from my sectional sofa. I have 2 dogs and a cat and the amount of stains they caused it was time to have it deep cleaned. I was skeptical on if all the stains would come out since I do have a white colored fabric sectional, but somehow Best Carpet and Restoration got 99% of the stain removed. This was the only company that I called that did not try to upsell me on anything not had sleazy sales tactics. They had set prices, and from my estimates from other companies, they were the most reasonably priced for a cleaning. Other companies gave me insane estimates where it didn’t even make sense to clean the sectional and I was close to just buying a new one. Very happy with this company!!
We set up an appt with Veronica. At first, she was very helpful, informative and great to deal with. I messaged her very early the morning of, asking to push the appt time back by just an hour, she quickly responded and confirmed. Then she messaged me a little while later, stating they had a water damage emergency and they wouldn’t be able to come out. So she said we would be the very first appt the next morning. I agreed. The next morning, I texted her to confirm and NOTHING. It said she “read” my text, but she didn’t respond. I waited and then texted her again. NOTHING. This went on for a couple of hours, where she was reading my texts, but wasn’t responding, so my husband told me to tell them their services were no longer required. I did. She read it and DIDN’T EVEN RESPOND TO THAT! Just extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
He did an incredible job cleaning my couch. He was super friendly, professional, and really took his time. You can tell he cares about doing things right. My couch looks brand new, honestly didn’t think it could look this good again. Highly recommend him!
