A repair gem hidden in Kirkwood, ready to help when you need it! Mark was super kind and patient, sensing my stress due to the work piling up when my technology crapped out. Mark was a great communicator, letting me know what was wrong, keeping me aprised of the shipping status for ordered parts, and finally when the work was complete. UPDATE: If I was told when I came to the repair shop that my laptop was CHEAP and that getting it fixed might not be feasible, I would have thanked you for the general diagnosis. I expect a computer repair shop to have a professional behind the counter who could give me that advice. I did receive a refund from a diagnosis charge. March 20, 2025. I chose Best PC Repair based on good reviews on Google and an ‘A’ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I spoke to a friendly voice on the phone, Patrick. He stated to bring it to their office suite and they will give me a diagnosis. Even though they have 'store hours' it is actually by appointment only which is different then what is stated on their website. The person I met when I dropped off the laptop was a person who was not Patrick, but a person with no experience to answer my questions; regarded as a person who just does “paperwork”.
100% recommend! They were not only able to fix my laptop, but also was able to work with me! Quick, and efficient had it done the same day I dropped off. Overall great experience, you should definitely check this place out for all of your computer repairs!
