We used Betsy & Iya to create custom engagement/wedding rings for us - they were super helpful and informative, communicative, and friendly. Their sourcing is ethical and values-oriented, and being able to work with a local business for something so personal felt exactly right.
This is my absolute favorite place to get jewelry. Over 10 years ago I walked into this store and looked at rings that I actually felt like I’d want to wear. Their custom rings are so creative! My super cool cousin, sister and now husband were in cahoots to customize my engagement ring set a few years later. I recently went on a hoop earring bender ordering 5 pairs and I get compliments on them all constantly. My favorite place to order gifts. B&I rocks ✨
10/10 would recommend for custom wedding rings. I recently had a custom wedding made here and it was a great experience. They kept in close contact with me each step of the way. I was presented with several one of a kind, beautiful designs to choose from based on our initial consultation. While the process did take a fair amount of time, the finished product was well worth the wait. Thank you to the team at Betsy & Iya for your amazing craft!
I absolutely loved working with this company. I was only in Portland for a few days and live out of state, but I was able to pick a specific gem and setting in store and have it shipped quite promptly. Kelly M. was wonderful and guided me through each step of customization. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made the whole process enjoyable. The quality of materials and care in making each piece is top notch, and I also highly recommend if you have any current jewlery that needs alteration. Will definitely be purchasing from here again soon!
I am beyond overjoyed with how my rings turned out. I haven’t been able to wear my wedding ring for the last couple years because I’ve needed to get it resized. Unfortunately during the ice storm our house flooded, we got displaced and my wedding ring was stolen. 😔 Fortunately, I had my Grandmother’s diamond she passed down to me. I couldn’t wait to take it to Betsy to get a custom setting. The whole process was so enjoyable. She is such a lovely person. The communication was excellent. The space is so inviting and the other team members are wonderful to work with. When I saw my rings it truly took my breath away, and I got emotional. I know my Grandmother is smiling down seeing her stone in such a beautifully crafted piece of artistry. I can’t wait to pass my rings down to my daughter someday.
