BFT Honolulu offers outstanding training programs in a supportive small-group setting. All of the coaches are carefully selected and are highly knowledgeable, mindful, and encouraging. The community is incredibly supportive as well. I’ve been a member for 12 months and have lost 14 lbs without even following a formal nutrition plan (though BFT does provide excellent nutrition guidance). Most importantly, regular workouts at BFT have significantly improved my depression. I highly recommend BFT to anyone looking to make a positive, life-changing commitment to their health and well-being.

I absolutely love training at BFT! The space is clean, colourful, and full of good energy. The coaches and other gym goers are so welcoming, informative, and genuinely nice so you really feel like part of a community here. The classes are thoughtfully structured to target different muscle groups each session, and I always leave feeling challenged and accomplished. I especially love the heart rate monitor system, it keeps you motivated and shows exactly how hard you’re pushing yourself. The coaches are also amazing with feedback and form correction, always ready to support you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I actually look forward to every session!
