I only went to Big Bliss for a short amount of time before I moved out of KW, but I really enjoyed every class I attended there! They have an amazing roster of teachers, some of my favourite being Mackenzie, Jade and Jackie! Jackie’s classes were incredible for someone who is looking to challenge themselves in a yoga class. The energy of the studio was great and would recommend it to anyone living in the KW area :)
Just as we ebb and flow through our yoga practice, I find I have ebb and flowed through my time at Big Bliss. One thing that stays consistent with time is the kind, welcoming and understanding team at Big Bliss. In the colder months, the hot yoga classes has warmed by body and my heart. I’ve recently taken an interest in hot pilates as a fun ‘recovery’ activity. The music and the heat make me feel like I am in Miami! Thank you Big Bliss for creating the beautiful environment at your studio. I’m excited to see how this studio continues to grow and evolve!
My friend and I enjoy coming for drop in classes of hot yoga. They have a nice space and it’s really fun! Just wish there were more places to take pics and share the experience :)
Loving Big Bliss so far! I’ve been to two classes after months of being out of practice, and both have been such great challenges (in a good way). I’m happy there is an intro month option to make sure the space is a place I would want to continue going to - and so far so good! A caveat I have is the unfortunate nature of Kitchener-Waterloo buildings, and being able to hear outside/surrounding noises due to thin walls & floors during a yoga session - though this is no fault of management! Just a KW transition, being fairly new to town 😅 The only wish I hope can be added to the booking system is knowing the difficulty level of each class near the “book” button so I know what I’m getting into LOL. Really loved Matt’s friendly style of pushing us to challenge ourselves and Balsam’s song selection 😁 looking forward to experiencing more classes!
I adore Big Bliss. The location is amazing. The space is beautiful. The teachers and staff are skilled, welcoming and endlessly knowledgeable. I have received wonderful support with modifications so I can continue to attend classes while tending to some injuries. The classes themselves are well choreographed and meet a diversity of needs. There is something for everyone! I truly love everything that Big Bliss is and am grateful to be a member :)
