We can't thank Big Dog Movers of Madison enough! We had a difficult appliance removal & delivery situation - had to have an old refrigerator removed and the new one delivered through our kitchen window. Called five different companies and they were the only ones that agreed to do it. They were quick (same day!), accommodating and efficient. Even better, they did the work for a reasonable price. We are very grateful and we highly recommend them!
We are repeat customers of Big Dog Movers, and we want to express that they are fantastic! It has been three weeks since our move but, we want to be sure to give thanks to a great crew of movers, Nick, Kayvon, and Jon! Each crew member was respectful, considerate, personable, and efficient, taking care with all of our belongings. It was a terribly hot day, and they worked quickly with smiles on their faces. We highly recommend this company to take on your next move!
I had such a great experience with Big Dog Movers. They were timely, efficient, careful with my things, and polite. This was my first experience with movers so I didn't know quite what to expect but it was so easy and professional every step of the way. Booking was clear and simple, they checked in the day before to make sure I was ready, and the day of kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really appreciate Kaayvon and Emmit's amazing work and great attitude on a hot summer day. My boyfriend booked Big Dogs as well for his move the next day and the experience was just as excellent. Thank you so much and I will be booking for future moves!
We are extremely disappointed. What began as a great relationship with responsive communication with Jesse has ended in Big Dog Movers ghosting me. They won't respond to my emails about documented damage resulting in their stacking heavy boxes on top of ones marked 'Fragile' and identified with red tape. We need two lampshades replaced (Baker Furniture brand hand made in Italy) at about $1,200. Jesse emailed on April 12 saying he'd get back to me. I followed up the next day. Today is May 1, and I still haven't heard from him or the owner.
CJ, KJ, and Chagkan Thank you so much! Big Dog had an excellent crew to assist with my move. The entire process was surprisingly easy, and the crew even made it fun. I would certainly consider moving again, but I’m glad I won’t have to! 😂 Big Dog was only my second call, and they answered the phone immediately, securing my business. They had several date options that worked for me, and they arrived on time. They efficiently loaded and unloaded all my belongings exactly where I needed them. Great job!
