Our apartment is renovating our units ( Monte Alban in San Jose), this crew was hired to movie tenants in and out during a three week process. Unfortunately its been very stressful with our management team. ALL staff members from Big Family Movers from Oak Town has been thr best part about this project. If you are looking for a crew that cares, is attentive and has great empathy, please give them a call. I can't express enough how grateful I am for this entire crew!!! Moving is already a difficult process. I made an inquiry from an associate regarding knowledge of a good moving company. Big Family Movers was the company that was referred to me as being “great movers”. Great is an understatement. From my first call with Noah, to the arrival of Mathew and Eric was a wonderful experience. They were timely and professional. A day I planned would be full of stress, turned out to be a nice, fun and relaxing day. Several times it was stated “we will take care of it”. The guys were super friendly and may I add extremely strong!
