It is an unique place in the middle of the city. Great food and service as well. The burgers are juicy and a handful.
Burgers are good and come out hot. I love fresh cut fries. However, i have Been here Around 4 times and fries are Always like warm and on the stale side. I was there Today and told waitress that i wanted fries fresh and hot. When we got them still stale and like warm. She said i tried to keep them hot and had them right up under the warmer! She said she did her Best to keep them hot! She did not understand that the warmer lamp does not keep fresh and hot. I would much rather have my fries come out first without having them sit under heat lamp. I will try one more time to explain. I hate non fresh fries. Other than my fry issue everything else was good
Such a fun place, even on a cloudy day!! If you find your way over here, please see Cassie ~ she is super friendly, makes you feel at home, and takes care of everything (even during a new-menu-about-to-be-super-busy-holiday-event). Also, the atmosphere is really nice, even the pristine bathrooms.
I had high expectations based on all the reviews. The service was ok but if you are a newbie to the establishment signage would be great. Now let's talk food for the price I paid it was an utter disappointment. I should have went up the road to Griff's & received more bang for my buck. Don't get me wrong I will pay for quality food & that is not what I received at Big Kat Burger. I paid for extra veggies and was served the ends of tomatoes, no extra anything on all 3 burgers, the fries were old & cold, buns not grilled, but the patty itself was flavorful Maybe I went on a bad night, but running an establishment every night should be a good night.
