Louis was great. Got my horrible brakes redone in less than 24 hours and even though they could have tried to upcharge me, they didn’t. Honest, helpful and great service.
I always go to Big O on State these guys are thorough and take the time to listen and help troubleshoot anything that may be bothering you about your vehicle. If they find something during a tune up that needs attention they stopped the tune up and come and talk to you about it and see if you would like them to fix it right then and there. They are a great group I will bring my vehicle back to them anytime and recommend them every where
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & a fix of a tire that has a screw in it. I think the oil change happened because my hood wasn’t closed all the way. I know the tire rotation & fix didn’t happen.
Great Service. Did not try to take advantage of me at all. Got a bolt in my tire and was leaving town in 2 days. Ordered the tires that I asked them to. Tires were too big and did not fit. They got online and found the right ones and actually drove across town to pick them up and got them installed same day. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
It was pleasant. The gentleman where busy on there computers but they got right to the point and were upfront and told me it would take 2 hours. The dog was seemed really sad like she was missing her friends. However, she is a very sweet, loving, little lady. Rottweiler reminded me of my sister and dad. My key broke and got lost however they tried telling me that it was stuck in the ignition. I said there is no possibility for it to cuz it sticks out about a quarter of an inch. So I then decided to go over there and explain to him that it was not in there. I said it has to be lost so I decided to look, and we found it in the cupholder. The guy said I was just going off what I was told. I said that’s OK. I said now you know that in it doesn’t go inside the ignition fully. Now it aught you something. I said that’s ok because you just didn’t know, so now you know and can see that it does not go inside the ignition. Other than that. Well had to come back 3 days later there was no information about my vehicle being serviced 3 days ago. I am not having issues with my car shaking driving down the freeway. When did rotating your tires not coming wihh the a balance or alignment. That’s a safety issue and concern for me and I don’t approve. Get don’t forget the carfax for your car
