Absolutely amazing service they fixed my tire within 10 minutes. They were kind they were respectful. You can definitely tell that having manners as a priority to them they explained things to me a couple times that I didn’t understand overall a great experience. We will definitely be going back 10 out of 10.
Everyone that I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind to me! They completed my tire repair within 30 minutes and their prices are very reasonable. And as a plus they have a super sweet dog to hangout with you while you wait! Great experience!!
I had been looking at this company for about a week trying to gauge how they kind of operate and if I wanted to do business with them. Without mentioning them, I was recommended them by someone whose opinion I regard very very highly. I was very happy with everything. I had a tire that was old and needing air every couple of days. I went in the friday before Christmas to see if they could get my tire replaced before Christmas. They got me in no issue. I can’t complain about price, they were up front about cost and my options. More than willing to explain the difference between them and what they mean. I will happily take my car to them for any future work. I will only be recommending them from now on as well.
Bid Red Tire Pros are the Best. I can say that, after working with the front end staff Landon and Austin. After a considerable amount of time on the phone with Walmart and several other tire service businesses. The information those companies had related to me left me with that all to familiar feeling, am I going to end up paying for way more than I asked for. I spoke with Landon at Big Red Tire Pros and explained my tire and battery concerns. Landon without hesitation described several scenarios from the best budget options up to the money is no object. I knew at that moment I could trust Big Red Tire Pros to treat me like a human being and not an ATM machine. When the work was done. Austin cashed me out. Austin demonstrated the same courtesy, kindness, and personal attention that Landon had. Landon and Austin have made it easy for me.
