Shout out to Bill Howe's drain technicians Josh and Ryan for their great services. First time customer of Bill Howe and after the excellent service I have received, I would strongly recommend their services. My drains were clogged and we didn't have access to our toilets or showers for a period of time. We had grey water coming up from the drains of our showers and bathtub, with a strong stench of raw sewage. Bill Howe's excellent drain technicians Josh and Ryan were quick, efficient, and straight to the point. They quickly identified where the cloggage was happening in the drainage system and gave us a reasonable price for drain snaking services and they immediately got to work. We thankfully did not have to wait for them to send out another crew to perform the service as they already had the equipment on their vehicle. A quick shake of hands and the drain de-clogging work was completed probably less than an hour, maybe less for our house size. As an added bonus even after the work was done, they even applied some light disinfectant to our showers and bathtub so know we don't have to worry about the strong stench it had before and so that we know it is disinfected. I will definitely be looking forward to any future plumbing services from Bill Howe if they have technicians like Josh and Ryan working there.
Dakota is fantastic! He did an excellent job installing my new toilet. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, kind and professional. Definitely recommend Bill Howe for your plumbing needs.
After nearly damaging my sink basin, trying to replace the sink basket, because the sink basket nut (which had seized due to a calcium buildup from a slow leak over the years) could not be removed. My handyman experience had been exceeded. Calling a Professional Plumber seems SUPER Expensive, but my wife…Bill Howe Plumbing sent a Super Tech, a Jorge B. #2181, this guy was Great! 5 star Service! Quick, Professional, & didn’t Mind that i was watching & learning (how NOT, to have to call him, again…lol) I know I won’t have anymore cabinet plumbing problems! We have went from the 1st pic to whats under my sink NOW! Thank you, Jorge B#2181 & Bill Howe Plumbing!! Again, 5 stars - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a great experience with Bill Howe Plumbing replacing my hot water heater. My previous one was 12 yrs old and wanted to replace it before any failures. I checked with several plumbing companies and chose Bill Howe for a variety of reasons. They are established, large number of employees, excellent communications, reliable, and a great warranty. A rep came out first to inspect and provide free estimates. The installer, Manny, was focused on doing a good job and helpful in answering any questions. I wanted a Bradford White heater. Very pleased with the results. Thanks to all.
I called Bill Howell because I had a big job to get done. They sent me the technician Leonardo Alvarez. Despite his youthful appearance, he was showed himself to be a very highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working effective technician. He helped install a new drain to fix a reoccurring problem we were having. He was really patient and explained any question or concerns I had. He worked effectively to get the job done. Pretty much all one could ask for. As soon as he was done with his big job he showed me the work through the camera and the drains were cleared of all the grease and sludge that wouldn't budge. I was happy with his job cuz he did the work to the best of his ability and communicated well with me to get a good understanding of his work. Excellent workmanship couldn't ask for better 🙏🏻🙌👏🏻👍🏻💯
