Kudos to Birmingham Plumbing Heating & Cooling. As a first time customer, I contacted the company when the thermostat controlling my heat and AC ceased to work. The serviceman arrived within 2 hours and installed a new part at what I believe was a reasonable price. Because of the cold weather I appreciated so the promptness of the response and the professionalism of the service technician, Jackie, who also advised me about all of the company's various services.
I've had Birmingham Plumbing & Heating for many years for my plumbing needs and have always been very pleased with their good work & responsiveness. I have had a number of different workers and they have all been great. When I finally needed a new furnace, AC & water heater I knew immediately who I wanted to get it from. The installation went very smoothly and again I am impressed with the people that came out to do the work. For me it is having peace of mind that if I have heating, air, water heater or plumbing problems I have one company to call that I can count on and who always does good work.
Birmingham Heating and Cooling did an incredible job from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right the first time. Our system runs better than ever, and the difference in comfort is noticeable. It’s rare to find a company that truly values customer satisfaction the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service!
Even though I’m saying heating system repair it’s not, I had gas leaks in 4 places on my pipes, 2 the gas company considered major so my gas was shut off. Before this happened I had just seen a commercial for this company and gave them a call. Was explained the cost of service call and paperless way they work. Super hero Brady and his side kick Magic Mike did an excellent job and clean up. Before and after pics are shown, except for the outside spigot. (No before pic) I’ve had no shows from plumbing co. In my area that I’d made appointments with, so I REALLY appreciate this company and not forgetting Reyna and Kendall who were part of a pleasant experience in money well spent that I didn’t want to part with. P.S. Gas company rep who came to turn gas back on even said “They did a good job “ Blessings
