A very interesting place with a nice menu. I loved my brunch and the staff was v polite. It is a partial self service place. The quality of coffee is good. I enjoyed my brunch with a smile on my face. There is plenty of parking.
The gravy and biscuits was the only good thing at this place. Severely lacking compared to the original Louisville Biscuit belly! Our order was $64 - for 2 coffees, 2 entrees, donut holes, and a tequila sunrise. We ordered 2 shaken espressos, they didn’t taste like espresso at all, pretty much milk and syrup in a cup. Then the “cocktail” which marketed tequila and prosecco had zero alcohol, it was two mixed juices in a cup. The donut holes were about the size of my thumbnail, and were hard as a rock. We ate our biscuits and left everything else on the table barely touched, a total waste of $60 we will not be coming back. The staff needs some help on service and consistency.
While there was a line the food did not disappoint! A very friendly gentleman (assuming the owner/manager) was welcoming, keeping things efficient and engaged us in conversation making us feel at home! They moved people through quickly while still making it an enjoyable experience!
We love Biscuit Belly! Food was good but we've had better at some of the other locations. Likely just an off day as it wouldn't stop us from trying it again next time we travel through the area.
Biscuit Belly absolutely hit the spot, flaky biscuits, crispy fried chicken, and rich gravy that tastes like it was made from scratch. The vibe is bright and fun, staff are friendly, and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. Portions are generous, coffee’s solid, and it’s the kind of brunch you think about later and want again.
