Had an amazing experience with Black Sheep Realty and our representative, Thomas Kube. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he helped facilitate the sale of our home, kept us calm brought the chaos as first time home sellers and supported us throughout the process. We had extremely tight deadlines and Thomas was able to marshal photos, viewings, and offers within a 2-3 week period. Truly amazing. I would recommend Black Sheep and Thomas to anyone looking for help with their home sale. They are incredible.
I highly recommend working with Thomas Kube for buying or selling your home. I personally enjoyed his candor, professionalism, and how knowledgeable he was about anything we asked about. If there was ever a question he didn’t have an answer for he would get us one quickly. I feel like he makes good use of his colleague’s knowledge and networks as well. While our time working with him was short Thomas did an excellent job of helping us get our dream home and we felt like he was a good advocate for our interests. I highly recommend checking out Black Sheep Realty for their low fee model as well.
