Matt diagnosed and fixed the problem with my heat pump quickly. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though I think the price was a bit high for what was done, at the end of the day my house was cold so I paid what had to be paid. Overall great experience though.
Matt came out and serviced and inspected my HVAC system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took time to thoroughly explain everything to me and even noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan of my water heater and recommended having their plumbing department come out and service the hot water heater. Blazer made the whole process super simple for me as a new home owner and when I had to reschedule our next appointment I made sure Matt was available to come next time.
Highly recommend Blazer Heating & Air! Our 25 year old furnace finally decided it was done. Joshua and Hunter arrived on time the day of the install. They were very courteous, answered questions and left the area clean. Thankful for the 0% interest for 36 month financing they offer because this was not a planned expense right after Christmas.
Derrick H. was extremely professional and did a fantastic job servicing our hvac. He even called to see if he could arrive early and went out of his way to find a filter and change it for us the same day.
Blazer recently replaced my 20 year old Trane heat pump unit with a new Trane split system. I initially met with Joseph to determine what series would meet my needs and provide me with a cost estimate. During our walk-through, I found him to be extremely professional, technically adept and an active listener. He also pointed out a few items that other competitors had not noted or observed. He provided me with several options to consider and then patiently answered any questions I had so that I felt comfortable when making the choice that it best suited my needs. The lead-time for installation was very expedient. The installation team consisted of Joe and Renner, who were equally impressive with their attention to detail and technical skills. Sheet metal transitions, condensate drains and wiring connections were meticulously executed. It's a shame his work is hidden behind a utility door. Joe walked me through the smart thermostat connections and explained their various functions. I was so pleased with all of their work that I also had them replace old shutoff valves for the washing machine and water main with ball valves. Caleb and Tyler did not disappoint and provided excellent service. I've been very pleased with the services provided by all of Blazer's folks that I've dealt with!
