Love this store the owner and the staff. Gaby is a lovely lady and her team is representative of her. I try to buy my daughter a dress from here every year.
Finally got a chance to check out this boutique. Very overpriced & the sales person (young woman with an Afro) was overly polite only in a way that was rude & unwelcoming. She followed me around (not in a helpful way) & asked me over & over if I needed any help. She seemed extremely annoyed if I touched any of the clothing on the racks or unfolded anything so I could look at it.. It was an awkward and uncomfortable experience for me and I ended up leaving because she was making it so uncomfortable for me. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to supporting a local boutique in my community. But I would not spend a dollar in a store that treated people this way.
Their customer care is so good that it feels like having my own personal stylist. As a woman who works exclusively on stage at Galas, it’s important for me to feel confident, comfortable and shine. Bleu knocks it out of the park for me every time! When I wear something from Bleu, I always feel like I’m wearing something special, that helps me represent my best versions of myself.
I received a pair of airings as a gift that retailed over $65 after a few months they completely tarnished I went to the store to ask if there was something they can do the owner said she would see if she was able to exchange them with the company I left the earrings there, no one ever got back to me. I finally went to the store yesterday (after a month) and the employee called the owner and asked if I can have an exchange and she said yes and I started looking for another pair of earrings and the owner walked in with a huge attitude and said I never said you can have an exchange and started screaming at me. this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.she’s a very nasty lady and a liar. I would never walk foot into that store again. You cannot treat your customers this way.
