On January 19th, 2026, I placed an online order for flowers for my grandfather's funeral that took place on January 27th at. I called the same day I ordered the flowers to ask for 4 blue roses. The changes were made and submitted. I then received a notice to advise me that it wasn't possible. I assumed white roses would be used as the name on the order was a man's name. When I arrived at the funeral home, I was totally in shock to see the bouquet I ordered. The floral arrangement I paid for ($140 Supersize of the Designer Sympathy Collection IV - SKU: DCS-04) was not what was delivered. It had the correct note but the arrangement was supposed to have white roses, lilies and carnations. The one that was there had white daisies, white baby's-breath, peach/pink roses and ugly purple flowers. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I write to Customer Service and provided photos of the arrangement I ordered and the ones delivered. I was told that "variations" happen. Never ordering or recommending Bloomex to anyone!!!
Do not use this company Photo 1 is what I should have received, photo 2 is what arrived. Firstly I ordered some flowers and it provided me with a calendar to pick delivery date with the dates closest being more expensive for shipping. As I wanted the flowers to be delivered quickly I paid extra for the quickest date which was the next day. Lunchtime the following day, they notified me that they would not be able to deliver that day and provided me another date which was not the next business day but 2 business days later. It was too late for me to now canxle the order to try another place for delivery. They eventually arrived 3 business days after the original date. The flowers looked nothing like the photo and were pretty basic. I made a complaint to the company and they replied to say that the flowers were fine and did not address the delivery delay issue at all. When they notified me of the delay, they included a part in the email about celebrating at a later date. I purchased sympathy flowers and a sympathy card, very insensitive and obviously had not looked at the order at all. This is terrible customer service in so many ways
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DON’T WALK….RUN! Absolutely brutal experience from start to finish. We ordered a flower and fruit arrangement for friends grieving a loss, hoping to send a small comfort during a difficult time. What arrived was an absolute disgrace: flowers that were broken, wilted, and brown, with a fruit basket that was already open and filled with browning, unrefrigerated fruit. To make matters worse, the fruit was literally stacked on top of the flowers, crushing them even further—everything just tossed into a box with zero care or respect. This was not only embarrassing but disgusting!!! The delivery was supposed to be next day according to their website when we ordered. Instead, they arbitrarily changed it to four days later, with no explanation. When we tried to cancel after learning about the delay, they flat-out refused. Now, after sending multiple emails (and waiting days for a response), they’re refusing to issue a refund for this garbage. Their “solution”? A store credit—because obviously I’d want to repeat this embarrassing experience. This company is the definition of overpriced, incompetent, and shameless. They do not stand by their so-called “satisfaction guarantee.” Their customer service is dismissive at best, and the quality is so poor it’s actually offensive. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the embarrassment—DO NOT use this company, ever. You’ll end up apologizing to the recipient and wondering how a business like this is still allowed to operate.
The bouquet was even bigger and brighter in person - lovely flowers I sent for my sister's 5-yr anniversary were so well received. Flowers were beautiful and fresh. Thank you!
I am extremely disappointed with the so-called birthday gift I received today from your flower shop for my 35th birthday. What I got was nothing but a bunch of cheap, thoughtless items thrown together at the last minute. There was no care, no creativity—just pure disappointment. One of the sets was a chocolate basket with no production date, no brand, no information at all—something even Dollarama could do better than this garbage. My husband was so excited for me to receive this gift. He actually chose three different sets, and when I opened it, I could hardly bring myself to tell him that I wasn’t smiling at all. My heart sank even more when I found out this pile of junk cost nearly $200. This is absolutely unacceptable. You completely treated your customer like a fool. If I could, I would absolutely demand a refund! I would never recommend your store to anyone. You ruined my 35th birthday.
