There isn’t enough words to say how thankful I am for blooming beauty company, Sophie and her team were amazing for me and my bridal party before and on wedding day. I first had my trial a month before my wedding and showed up showing her some pics of what I wanted and she definitely brought it together and to life, I just completely trusted her and let her work her magic and wow I felt so beautiful all day long I didn’t want to take it off lol. Then it was my wedding day, it did rain all day long and she did say hair and makeup isn’t waterproof but omg I had my ceremony in the rain and everything stayed in and on perfectly. I loved everything about my hair and makeup and this was just one of the things I didn’t have to stress about at all! It was 10 of us getting services done and it went so smoothly and quickly even with a last minute add on that wasn’t planned, the team was able to take care of us perfectly, everyone just showed them what they wanted and they made it happen. We couldn’t thank blooming beauty company enough for glamming us and making us all look so beautiful on wedding day!
I worked with Blooming Beauty and Sophie for my wedding and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. My hair trials were wonderful, and on the wedding day my style turned out beautifully and lasted the entire night. However, several of my bridesmaids felt uncomfortable during the process. One was told her hair couldn’t be worked on due to its oily nature (which is something she has been self conscious about for a long time), which left her very upset. Also the coworker assisting Sophie that day had a noticeably negative attitude. I wonder if her sourness is the reason that my getting ready room was very quiet and not giving off fun wedding day vibes at all. When I reached out afterward, Sophie did graciously take the constructive criticism and appreciated the feedback. While I loved the final results, I wish the overall experience had felt more supportive for myself and my bridesmaids.
Sophie provided hair & makeup services for me as a bride and the MOB, MOG and all of us felt so beautiful! Sophie really listened to what we wanted and made sure to make us feel comfortable in our own skin. During my initial makeup trial with Sophie we tried 5 different buns until we got it right - she wanted me to love it & wouldn't settle until we found the right fit. After the trial I gave Sophie feedback on how the makeup lasted/I felt and we discussed possible changes. Day of, she checked in, and I felt gorgeous! Sophie is extremely talented - whether you are looking for a natural soft glam like me or a full glam she is your girl. I had a great time working with Sophie and Blooming Beauty and would recommend her to any bride!
Sophie and her team at Blooming Beauty Company are so talented, professional, and personal! I had Ali and JC do my bridal makeup and hair and my girls’ bridesmaids looks for my wedding and we couldn’t have been happier (or more beautiful!)!! Most of my bridal party, including myself, aren’t full glam kind of girls and Ali came through with the natural glam using all quality products that didn’t feel heavy on - and lasted the entire night!!!! And my bridal hair, done by JC, was perfectly elegant and fun and the curls lasted with no problem!!! They made me feel so gorgeous on my special day! From the trial to the big day - it was perfect! Sophie’s communication was superb, and she was always available if I needed anything throughout the process to make sure everything ran smoothly! She has great skin care and makeup recommendations to get you wedding ready! Book Blooming Beauty for a quality experience for your big day!! Thank yall so much!!!
Blooming Beauty was an absolute dream vendor for my wedding! Sophie & Maranda made myself and my girls feel absolutely beautiful from morning to evening. Each one of my bridesmaid told me how this was the best experience they've ever had with getting hair and/or makeup done. I can't thank Sophie & team enough for making me feel like the most beautiful bride and making my vision a reality.
