Couldn’t have had a better experience! Decided my mom needed flowers, went to their website, ordered and delivered same day! 10/10 and they were so fresh and BEAUTIFUL! Made mom happy cry (that’s a win) very very pleased with the whole experience
The Christmas arrangement did not look like the one I picked out. I understand there may have to be substitutions however I didn’t even get a phone call for approval. I would have liked the florist to have called me so I could have ordered a different one. This is the 2nd time I have used this florist. The 1st time was 100% perfect. Not so much this time. I ordered the one on the left. What I got is pictured on the right. While the arrangement I got is pretty, it isn’t what I ordered.
The staff at Blossom Florist is amazing ! I live out of the area and this is the second time I have used them for in town deliveries! They have knocked it out of the park when I gave them designers choice and my budget ! The recipients were blown away at the beauty of the arrangements! For one of the deliveries they were able to deliver same day! They are super helpful and courteous with great customer service on the phone ! I highly recommend calling the shop directly to place orders ! Blossom is my go to Florist for all my floral needs and I hope it will be yours also !!!

Service was excellent! The young lady was able to type all my information accurately, and repeated everything back to me perfectly. It was a swift process. I did not have to repeat myself at all. She typed everything correctly the first time, and was very pleasant to deal with. I will repeat my business with this company. The fruit basket was large, and I was expecting a smaller quantity, but they went over and beyond. The arrangement was beautiful
