Makayla did a FANTASTIC job!!! Her along with eveyone else was super sweet! Very clean salon and wasted no time! Would HIGHLY recommend to go and ask for Makayla!
My wife is a regular at this location in addition to the other locations. This was her first time with Rafael, the stylist. He messed up the client before my wife, so he had to redo the client. My wife had an appointment and it put her way past the scheduled time. Which made us late to our event. My wife stated that he was rough with her hair, ripping her hair out while brushing it. Then to top it all off, he had the audacity to ask my wife to tip him via zelle or cash pp or cash because he doesn't accept tips on card. I do recommend this business. The other stylist and crew are amazing and always do a superb job. But Rafael, no so much. Please, do visit this location but, beware of this stylist.
I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Rafael, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked into the salon, Rafael made me feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on my hair type. The blowout was exceptional. Rafael's technique is top-notch, my hair looks incredibly smooth, shiny, and full of volume. If you're looking for a fantastic blowout, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Rafael. He truly is a master at his craft!
Would never come back to the Lincoln park location. I made an appointment for 5:30 and called to come in at 5 instead on 12/20/25. One of the employees kept talking about how he was ready to leave. I feel like that is super unprofessional especially when you just got there for an appointment. The one that was doing was doing my hair killed my mood as soon as I walked in and seemed bothered I even came to my appointment. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable for a hair appointment. I understand it was time almost time to close but first all I called ahead of time to make an appointment, I didn’t know it was AN HOUR TILL closing time it was my first time. I was so close to leaving but I really needed my hair done for an event and I traveled a long way to get there. Everything was rushed and average. 100% not worth the money. There was no love to the work that lady just wanted to leave asap it was more than obvious. It was my first time and very disappointing experience.
Rafael did an amazing job! I have very thick curly hair and he gave me a super sleek blowout in exactly the style I asked for. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, I’ll definitely be back!
