Blue Cap Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our area rugs. They look like new! We had some unsightly food stains on one of our area rugs and other spots on a different rug. Diogennes (the owner) recommended different approaches for each rug based on their placement and material and the area rugs turned out beautifully. He is friendly, courteous, pays attention to detail, and knows his stuff! We now have our go-to person for carpet cleaning and we will be using him again!
We have worked with Diogenes and the Blue Cap Carpet team multiple times for carpet cleaning and couldn't be happier that we have found them! We have bedrooms with very light carpet that are easily prone to stains and wear. Our carpet looks and feels like new every time, and they have even been able to get out some tough dog stains that we would have otherwise never been able to remove. Diogenes is also a joy to communicate with, stellar punctuality and makes the whole process so easy for us! On top of that, their pricing is reasonable and far better results than others. I recommend Blue Cap Carpet to all my friends and family, we are so glad we have found to have found them.
This company did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. I like the professionalism and being responsive with my questions. I was also able to get the time slot that works best for me. No hidden costs and will not to try to sell other services unless you asked for it. Price is reasonable. I will definitely schedule with this company again.
