I’ve been to Blue Line Bike Shop several times, and they have always been wonderful. Recently they helped with fixing my son’s bike. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They’re also very knowledgeable about everything bike-related and take the time to explain things clearly without ever making you feel rushed or intimidated. You can really tell they care about both their customers and their craft. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and expertise.

I was looking for a locally owned business to buy a new bike helmet. I could walk to Blue Line since it's right off a hike and bike trail, so it's very convenient to get to. Staff was friendly and helped me find the perfect bike helmet & adjusted the fit for me. Thanks so much, I'll be back for a bike tune up soon!

after a great experience today, this is now my go-to shop for help with my ebike. i had stopped by another shop that i won't name and got disappointing service and went looking for another option - and glad i found blue line. they changed my brake pads for me and were very friendly and informative. all around great experience.

This shop, employees were always so nice. I’m not sure if management or owner has changed but I encountered a very rude little fellow, brown semi long, thinning hair, wearing flip flops(thought he was a customer) dismiss me, while not once looking my direction. I called the day before to see if they changed tires on electric scooters. The lady I spoke to said yes and quoted me a price of 30.00. The next day I called to make sure someone would be there because I was walking 6 blocks with my electric scooter with the flat back tire. She said yes, there are at least 3 people working on the repair side. I get there, and that rude little guy shot my scooter a look and said we don’t work on scooter tires, they’re too hard. He then turned around and recommended another shop called RENT E BOARDS, which I highly recommend! I honestly don’t mind if this young lady made a mistake, or if they can’t help me. What I do mind is the very poor customer service.

Stopped by yesterday to get some small adjustments on my brakes and the entire crew was super helpful. They were able to knock it out within minutes. Pricing is awesome and the shop is very well laid out. I’ve followed them on instagram for years but haven’t made it in. This will be my go-to shop for sure moving forward!
