Blue Sage is a wonderful company to work with. This is the second year we have worked with Stephen for a fundraising event and each year we had so much positive feedback from guests. Blue Sage makes the catering portion of your event easy. Great communication. Food is delicious. Presentation on point. Insightful suggestions on set up and timing. Blue Sage catered our wedding and made it a truly unique event! We asked for a "places that we have visited" theme for cocktail hour and they created food from Brazil, Peru, Hawaii, and Japan to pair with specialty cocktails. The guests were obsessed with the food and going to all the stations. You could not go wrong hiring them for your event!

Blue Sage was wonderful from start to finish with our daughter’s wedding. Stephen was responsive and upbeat. They were open to creating a menu that matched the venue (Clay Theater) which included a popcorn bar as a late night snack. The espresso rubbed steak was divine, along with the chicken piccata and sides. The presentation was on point and serving staff pleasant. Highly recommend and would choose them again in a heartbeat for any catering need.

Blue Sage Cuisine did an OUTSTANDING job catering my Mom’s Surprise 80th Birthday party! I am most grateful that they were willing to cater to many dietary restrictions as I have an autoimmune disorder and we have other family members with dietary restrictions. The food was so healthy and delicious! Most of note to me was that the meats were juicy and not dry!! Unfortunately often times buffets at big events that is not the case. They were also willing to do a kids menu since we had many kids in attendance and worked with me on every dish that was served from the appetizers through the meal. Beyond that Stephen was a joy to work with. He was extremely professional and caring, which is always much appreciated. And I loved the staff’s reaction to the surprise and how they were all feeling the love in the room. I would highly recommend Blue Sage Cuisine for your event and especially for those wanting deliciously crafted foods!
