We had an outstanding experience with Blue Sky Roofing, especially working with our advisor, Chris From start to finish, Chris was amazing knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure all of our questions were answered. Everything he said he would do, he followed through on. He was there every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed smoothly and correctly. We needed a new roof (after 12 years) due to a GAF faulty shingle warranty. We contacted several roofing companies for quotes and Blue Sky Roofing was the only company who offered to take care of ordering all of the materials using our materials voucher. Jeff El-Khalidi came to our home for the initial consultation and to learn the circumstances surrounding our warranty claim. Jeff was very professional, thorough and courteous every step of the way, which gave us piece of mind knowing we were selecting the right company to install a quality roof. Jeff was very communicative throughout the entire project and was on site each day. On the install days, workers showed up prior to their scheduled time and immediately went to work. It was apparent they took pride in their work and followed the company’s high standards. Despite the extreme heat conditions, workers remained diligent working towards completion. Tarps were utilized to cover the pool/pool deck and perimeter of the home, and workers made sure the area was always free of debris. We were so thoroughly impressed by this company that we wish they had installed our roof 12 years ago. We have piece of mind knowing our new roof will withstand harsh weather and we are absolutely confident we made the right decision choosing Blue Sky Roofing. UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW; When the county inspector came out for the final inspection, he stated he has been inspecting roofs for a very long time. He advised this roof is one of the best he has ever seen, this company did a great job!
This company is amazing. We needed a completely new roof and Robert from blue sky roofing was so accommodating from the beginning. He came out and explained the process to us and kept in contact the entire process through. He was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed. Robert even came out on his own to tarp our roof because there was going to be rain the next day. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and taken care of. The job was done very quickly and we are so happy with the end result. The pricing for this company was also very reasonable. Thanks so much Robert! We appreciate you and your time.
