Listed as a warranty certified platinum repair facility on BRP website for Evinrude. Refused to do any warranty work.
They took on the job of rebuilding my bravo 1 out drive, they ran into some parts issues. After making a visit to the shop after I found the right parts the mechanic told me he had never worked on a bravo 1 drive and that he did not feel qualified to do the job. This was after he had the unit pulled apart. I told them Friday to get the bill together for what I owed and I would be by Saturday morning to pick it up and take it to a shop at the Ozarks. Got there Saturday paid and hooked up the boat and the boat was an absolute mess, oily boot tacks all over the interior.
The general manager wanted me to make an insurance claim for parts that failed under warranty, rather than contacting the manufacturer and getting a warranty claim going. Picked my boat up and took it to an actual boat dealer and got my warranty work done with no issues. Would not recommend, management has very low intelligence.
Adrian was knowledgeable and courteous. He expeditied my repair quickly and made sure I was ready to go next time I’m in the water. He even gave me some maintenance suggestions to keep my boat running optimally!
My experience with Blue Springs Marine has been great! Adrian delivered our boat at Lotawana and went above and beyond.
