Wow, that’s all I can really say. That massage was the best I’ve ever had, they were so patient and timely. We walked in with nerves and left feeling relaxed. Definitely will be going back!
Got a couples massage to celebrate hubby's bday... they are STRONG. Very powerful hands!!!
I came and got a couple massage for 1hr. My massage appointment was at 7pm they didn’t get us to the back till about 7:10 then didn’t start on one of us until 7:15 and the other one at 7:18. Then the two massage therapist talked during the whole session with each other literally messing up the relaxation part of the session. And instead of use getting the whole hr until 8:15 they stop at 7:58 and was mad they didn’t get a tip. The whole session wasn’t even a 3 star rating for us to give a tip and we always tip after a massage. I wouldn’t advise this one to be on the list of massage place.
This was genuinely the WORST massage experience I have ever had. Unfortunately I did not get the name of my masseuse, but I would not recommend her to ANYONE. First of all, before I was fully under the sheet, she knocked and busted into the room without waiting until I responded. Second, without asking me, she started the massage walking on my back. I’m sure some people may enjoy this, but I certainly did not, and would have never agreed to it if she asked me upfront. Third, she completely and unnecessarily pulled my underwear all the way down. After this unenjoyable experience all around, she then spilled oil on the floor and instead of waiting to clean it after I left, or having the door closed while she cleaned it, she proceeded to clean in with the door OPEN while I was still laying down. After ALL of that, the place then did not match the groupon price like they assured me over the phone, and once I called multiple times asking for a partial refund to match the groupon price, I was met with “The manager will call you back.” I never got a call back, I never received a refund. I have attached pictures of the bruising I had the following morning from the lady walking on my back. This establishment has poor communication, poor management, and poor customer service.
My husband and I just had a couples massage. Here with Tom and Mary. They were both excellent!!! We have had massages all over the world and this was among the best we’ve experienced.
