Bluegrass Youth Ballet, una organizadora de campamentos de verano y escuela de ballet con sede en Lexington, fomenta una comunidad de danza acogedora e inclusiva. There may be hundreds of dancers at BYB, but my daughter feels valued & included. Management, teachers, students, and parents are welcoming & encouraging & positive. Mrs. Adalhi is providing something special in Lexington: a real dance community.

All of our children take ballet classes here, and they think it's the greatest activity in the world. They are always, I mean every single time, excited about lessons. The instructors are all super nice, welcoming, supportive, and great at teaching ballet. There are three major performances each year, and they are an emotional blast to watch, and our children feel very proud to be a part of them. I'm very happy with this wonderful organization.

Our son walked into Bluegrass Youth Ballet at age 3 and immediately loved it. Growing up as a male ballet dancer over the past 13 years, he has never felt alone, since there were always other boys involved in the program, in addition to specific classes for their technique. More recently, the number of boys at BYB has increased dramatically and our son now serves as a mentor to many of the younger males. BYB has taught him amazing self-discipline and dance skills, but equally as important, it has guided him to become part of a supportive and positive community.

Bluegrass Youth Ballet is one of the best things that has ever happened to our family. They are unparalleled in their dance skills, teaching skills, professionalism and commitment to their students. We found them during Arts Week 11 years ago and have been there ever since. You will find no better dance school anywhere.

BYB has been a second home to me for as long as I have danced there. The teachers have such amazing attitudes and terrific teaching meathods. BYB is very inclusive and makes dancing very fun! Their positive reinforcement policy is always carried through. BYB is one big happy family and a good environment to learn in. The productions are very creative and well done. The teachers gradually ease you into advanced steps through safe processes so that you are strong. BYB definitely deserves 5 stars for its amazing heart.
