Both of my boys have been participating in lessons with George since 2021. One plays the piano and although he is only 6 years old, he can play many tunes from the book they use, really well. My older son who is 8 years old is learning guitar with George and after a relatively short period of time he plays fluently. George and the team keep him interested by teaching him popular songs. My son loves to play 'I gotta feeling', 'smoke on the water' and 'uptown funk'. The boys lessons vary during the school day so that they don't miss 20 minutes of the same lesson each week which is really important to me. Understandably, for a small business, George has clear boundaries regarding missing lessons however, if there are any reasons the boys need to miss a lesson and 24hours notice is given then George always manages to move the lesson or provide a catch up class the following week. When my 6 year old was sent home sick the day before his lesson I informed George and he moved him to later in the week. On another occasion when my older son missed a session George ensured he had two sessions the following week. These things happening is rare but George manages to accommodate every eventuality, like when the whole year group go on whole school days out. The boys have built up a brilliant rapport with George and love their lessons with him.

George has been teaching my 8 year old son Oliver the electric guitar for the last 18 months and he really enjoys the lessons. During the school closure back in January 2021, my son had zoom lessons with George and I noted he had a calm and encouraging teaching approach. He has very high standards and aims to get the best out of my son every lesson. I would highly recommend.

My son attends guitar lessons with George through his school. I find the school time lessons very convenient as they don’t clash with after school activities. I find George to be extremely professional and he has built up a great rapport with my son. We've also had zoom lessons which have been very effective and ensured his progress wasn’t affected during COVID / home-schooling. It also let me experience first-hand George’s professionalism and patience! Would highly recommend.

My daughter who is 8 has been learning guitar with George for around a year now. She looks forward to her lessons each week as George is really patient and uses music appropriate to her age, which she obviously enjoys learning. She has really come on over this time and I have seen her confidence grow week on week. After each lesson we get a good breakdown of where she is up to and what she needs to work on which really helps. So if you're looking for a tutor who will engage with your child and develop them in their chosen instrument, then I'd fully recommend BMastered.

My 10yr old son has been playing keyboard now for approx 2years with George. Initially he started in group sessions but after accidentally ending up in a one to one session we switched over! Since then he has improved lots & loves the classes. George has been great at adapting the classes to keep his motivation going & make them fun 😊 would definitely recommend BMastered for anyone thinking of starting their child on a musical instrument
