I visited Bob Jane T-Marts in Port Melbourne this Saturday due to a punctured tyre. The team repaired it quickly and provided amazing customer service. I’m really happy with their service and highly recommend them.
Just simply outstanding in every respect. I dropped in a few days ago to look at options for new wheels for my car. I met with Joshua, the assistant manager. I was impressed with his care, attention to detail and commitment to sourcing exactly what I wanted. The work was done yesterday by Brent - two young energetic guys in a team of professional staff highly focused on providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
