I had a great experience with Bob Moore Collision Center. From start to finish, their communication was truly outstanding. My bumper was cracked after a rearend collision. I was given the estimated time as "could be 3-4 weeks". The company that hit me rented a car for me to drive so I was cool with that. Five days after I dropped it off it was ready!!! Looks great. The staff there is very kind and informative. Here's hoping I won't have to deal with something like this again. But if I do I'm definitely bringing it back here.
They not only fixed it. Perfect they totally detailed our car and it looks like a brand new 2018 Cadillac XT five SUV.
I’m very pleased with the work Bob Moore Collision Center did on my Kia K5. Even though my car is only six months old, past experiences at Bob Moore dealerships made me confident this was the right place for repairs—and they did not disappoint. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. If you want your car repaired correctly the first time, I highly recommend them.
Bob Moore Collision Center dealt with supply chain issues and used all of their resources to locate the part needed to complete the repair. My daughter’s car looks amazing and they probably don’t want me to say this, but also made a minor repair to the interior that didn’t require any new parts free of charge. I’m sure they did this because despite their best efforts, it did take 6 months to locate the part needed to complete the work. Everyone there was great to work with. Hopefully you never need their services, but if you do, in my experience, this is the shop to use.
