The design and quality of the pieces are truly exceptional. Our design assistant, Nadia, was an absolute dream to work with. She was lovely, professional, and helped guide us through the selection process, making the entire purchase smooth and enjoyable. The delivery was excellent and completely hassle-free. Everything arrived on time, and the team was efficient. Nadia made sure to check in on our experience after the delivery. We are now thoroughly enjoying our new living room thanks to our stylish, comfortable new furniture.
I recently visited the BoConcept store in Edinburgh as I liked their products online. From the minute I stepped into the store I was met by Marie who was exceptional in the advice she gave me and very friendly. I left with fabric samples. The purchase was very easy when I returned and I was given a delivery date which was only weeks away. The delivery was first class. It was on time and there was a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived. The installers were efficient and friendly. They cleared away all the packaging. They were finished after about ten minutes, leaving us to admire the design and comfort of our new sofa and chair. I would recommend BoConcept to everyone. The quality and design is exceptional.
Paula was incredible to work with. She truly went above and beyond to find the ideal solution for our space, and we couldn't be happier with our new sofa. We're delighted with the final result.
