All staff members at Bo Concept are friendly and competent. They take time to listen and advise and they are knowledgeable about their stock. I was greeted pleasantly every time I entered the store. I mostly dealt with Yen and at times Sebastian and both of these staff members were interested in what I was after and made suggestions. The furniture in Bo Concept is beautiful and classy and well made.

Upon visiting BoConcept Moore Park store, I was welcomed instantly by Sebastian. I couldn’t be happier with the experience he provided. He created the most elegant and beautiful design project for the next chapter of my life - one that feels deeply personal, timeless, and inspiring. From the very beginning, Sebastian listened with care, understood my vision, and then elevated it with ideas that went far beyond what I could have ever dreamed of. Every element he suggested balanced style with how I functionality used the space, and he guided me with such warmth and professionalism that the process felt less daunting and more exciting. What I found so inspiring was his ability to pull it all together promptly and but also picking each item for my space with such thoughtful consideration, making this project feel so special! What also really stands out is Sebastian’s ability to capture a sense of harmony and sophistication that makes my space feel like home in a whole new way. His creativity, technical knowledge, and genuine empathy set him apart as a truly exceptional designer. I cannot wait to see the finished product! I had a very positive experience at BoConcept Moore Park, and I would highly recommend the interior design service they are providing as well as their customer service. Sebastian came to our house to assess the living space and shared a vision that really resonates with us whilst maintaining a good balance of old and new furnitures. Sebastian was very attentive and dedicated, listening and addressing our feedback. It was very smooth and easy. At the end we even spotted a vase with branches in the showroom and he went over and beyond to secure it and gifted us the branches as well. We can't wait to receiving our furniture !

Sebastian was amazing to work with—he really took the time to understand what we wanted, came to our place, and helped us design pieces that worked beautifully with our existing furniture. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our home look and feel right. When delivery day came, the team was just as fantastic. Everything was carried up so carefully, placed exactly where it should be, and they even hung our pictures on the wall for us. Such a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish. The end result? Our space looks incredible, everything ties together perfectly, and it honestly makes me smile every time I walk into the room.
