I’d love to review the quality of the sofa that I purchased but I wouldn’t know a thing about it because they’ve messed up my delivery twice, wasting 2 Saturdays in a row!!! But have no fear, after countless phone calls, countless non returned phone calls from their incredible management team in customer service and the thrill of getting to explain the situation to at least 8 people over the phone…they were able to reschedule it once again for me next week!!! Woo hoo
UPDATE: I have been chasing my order after the estimated delivery date has passed. To their credit, BoConcept responds quickly but they have been missing all the updated estimated delivery dates and they do not proactively inform me. There was one instance that they gave me an update on someone else's order with their order details, home address, name, and phone number. It appears the department handling logistics and delivery is sloppy and not diligent. I just wrote to ask for another update after missing the estimated delivery date 3 times. I will adjust my rating based on the outcome. With this experience, I am not inclined to do business with them again or recommend my clients to use their services/purchase their items. ORIGINAL POST: It was a pleasure to work with Pardis Alipour. She was attentive to our needs without making us feeling pressured. The process was smooth and fast from making suggestions to creating renderings to help us visualize what we would like to achieve. I have not received the products yet but based on the showroom model, the furniture appear to be of good quality and has good workmanship.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with BoConcept deserves special recognition. The quality of the furniture is truly exceptional—European craftsmanship at its finest, with elegant, timeless design that has completely transformed my space. While I had to wait a bit for my couch to arrive from Europe, it was absolutely worth it. The moment it was placed in my living room, I could see and feel the difference in quality and style. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing team that made this experience so smooth and enjoyable. A big thank-you to Pardis, my salesperson, for her incredible patience, deep product knowledge, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She made the selection feel effortless. Thank you also to Ana, who coordinated the delivery seamlessly and kept me updated with clear communication. Everything arrived in perfect condition. But most of all, I am deeply grateful to Anthony, the store manager, who went above and beyond. He personally visited my home to help select a carpet that would tie the entire room together. His eye for design, attention to detail, genuine care, and a great sense of humor, ensured that every color and texture worked in perfect harmony. I appreciate their dedication, expertise, and the personal touch they brought to this entire experience. BoConcept truly lives up to its reputation, and I will definitely return for future pieces. Highly recommended!
BoConcept is one of a kind. Rania helped me to choose unique pieces for my home, she’s outstanding and was very patient with me taking my time and making final decisions. Also all the people were very welcoming and nice here. Will absolutely consider buying from BoConcept again. Thank you very much!
I want to start by saying that when my wife and I entered the Newbury St BoConcept, we were just going to look around but had were not looking to make a purchase but we fell in love with a sofa and our consultant was knowledgeable, attentive and went out of his way to help us figure out the best options. Everyone at this store worked with a smile on their face and helped in the process of making sure this was the right purchase for us. I would definitely recommend BoConcept Newbury Street, Boston.
