This review is for the detailing side rather than the standard wash side. I brought my CRV to Body Beautiful back in September when I returned from Burning Man. I knew the car would be a mess and it sure was! Dust was everywhere, in all sorts of crevices. For those who don't know, the dust from this place is challenging - it's not like the sort of dust you encounter elsewhere. It's extremely fine and can stick to some surfaces no matter how many times you clean them. It's sort of well known that once you bring your car to the burn, it's never the same again. So I had high hopes and low expectations for getting it clean again. I also had tape residue (both fused goo from painters tape and also from duct tape) on the windows. Well the car looks great. I forget I ever took it there. My friends' cars always "leak" dust out of its crevices during every rain afterwards, and that has barely happened for me. They even cleaned the engine and it looks brand new to me (it's a 2005). Jorge the new owner is very involved and responsive and wanted to be sure I was happy with the result. I don't know what that costs elsewhere, and I'll admit it was a lot for me to spend. More than I wanted to spend for sure. But I have no complaints and no regrets, and if I ever take my personal car back to the burn, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back here for detailing.
I think the 3-3.8 stars this place has is extremely accurate. This is my second full hand wash and interior condition and it's the second time they've handed me back a dirty ish vehicle. Spots all over it that easily can be wiped off. Waited an hour and then had to wait another 10 for them to fix it. My interior looks great but for the price it just isn't worth it. Have been thinking of the mobile detailers and after this experience it's definitely what I'm going to do. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Just not a good value vs service.
These guys are the greatest. They are kind, patient, and do a professional job. I took my mom's car in and they did ask if I wanted to upgrade my service, but did not pressure. They were courteous and and prompt, and did a very thorough job. We will definitely take her car there again
My daughter and I had to stop by the station. Steve and his boss were very kind. Great attitude and the store has the best candies and treats. Own 24 hours.
I asked them I just wanted the interior cleaned. I had a bunch of dog hair and they said they’ll charge extra for it. Which is fine I know dog hair is a pain to remove. I also told them I would tip them good if they can get it out. Well as you can see from the photos they didn’t hit a few spots. I’m disappointed because I made sure to tell them I’m that I really wanted that dog hair cleaned up.
