I always appreciate Stephanie’s professional service for laser hair removal. She provides a clean and comfortable space for various med spa services. She is kind, adaptable, and knows what she’s doing.
I’m guilty of not praising the services I love—but this experience deserves to be shared. I had been a loyal client at this place for over a year and truly enjoyed it—until they burned my face. The doctor diagnosed it as a stage 2 chemical burn. It took me three months to recover both physically and mentally. Today I decided to give them another chance. I returned only to find out my trusted technician was no longer there. No more extractions, no more facial massage. Instead, I was treated by someone who clearly lacked experience. I explicitly stated I could not be exposed to any harsh chemicals due to an event I’m attending tomorrow. Despite my warning, I left with my face inflamed again. Their response? “Keep me updated on how you're doing.” No accountability, just a higher bill and a dismissive explanation blaming it on my rosacea. It seems that profit now comes before customer care. Very disappointing.
I always look forward to visiting Body Envy Med Spa! Every appointment I have had has been excellent. My results absolutely meet my expectations and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. I will definitely be returning!!
Love this place! Small, sweet and very professional. I have been seeing Stephanie and Tabatha now for years. They are attentive, knowledgeable and always on time (I love that!). Great prices and package deals. Highly recommend their laser facials.
Tabitha does my facials and she is great at what she does. Once when she was out, Brenda did it and she was great too. This place is convenient for me, it’s clean, and so relaxing. They have a great membership program as well. One that actually makes sense to me. I’m happy I gave this place a try. I’ll keep coming back.
