Jewrell was amazing! His expertise on how to properly stretch and workout target areas was very useful. The exercises and techniques shared can be used beyond the time spent in his gym. The gym, which was inviting and comfortable, was well equipped. Jewrell’s understanding of how to effectively use the equipment made it easier to feel noticeable results. My training with Jewrell has become an amazing experience. He is professional, patient, and consistent throughout every session. He's made sure to keep me focused and engaged with my goals muscle toning and weight loss. The experience has been so invorgating that I couldn't wait to come back for my next session. Jewrell is amazing! I started working with him a month ago and I am already seeing results! We did a followup assessment after 7 sessions and I already lost 0.5 in to 1.5 inch in every area of my body. That's just going 2x a week! I can only imagine what 4x a week would look like. He keeps a clean gym, is always on time, and has years of experience (he seriously knows what he's doing). He is such a sweet genuine person who is encouraging during my workouts without being aggressive. The amount of 5 star reviews he has speaks for itself and I have not been disappointed.
Jewrell is the real deal when it comes to personal trainers. He has decades of experience and it shows! His workouts are challenging, creative, and rewarding. I am always sore when I leave (and the following day) which is a great feeling. He tailors exercises to your goals and fitness level and then has you further build on that whether it’s increasing weights or using different equipment or movements to isolate certain muscle groups. I used to be an avid gym goer/weight lifter but then needed an unexpected double lung transplant after having my son almost two years ago. I lost all of my muscle mass and a total of 25 lbs post-transplant (BMI was only 20 going into surgery). I have been working with Jewrell for a couple of months now and I’m already seeing results despite a few medical setbacks. There is improvement in my overall strength, muscle mass, and weight. I still have a long way to go but I’m stronger, more motivated, and getting my gym confidence back all because of Jewrell. He is passionate about helping you achieve your fitness and health goals and won’t stop until you do. I HIGHLY recommend Body Matrixx by Jewrell for anyone needing a personal trainer! He seriously is the best!
