I’ve been coming to Body20 for an hour a year and a half, and I’m still obsessed with it! I love how the studio is continuously adding new equipment like they recently got a cardio bike, TRX bands, an ab bench, and a skateboard for advanced training. My results have been fantastic, I have more muscle than I’ve ever had before and I’m at my lowest weight. I particularly enjoy working with three coaches: Coach Naz (Naseem), Michael, and Jeremy. They’re all extremely positive, encouraging, and they all Create amazing circuits for me based on the different body parts I want to focus on. If you’re on the fence, I would say absolutely try it! The workouts are quick and it’s a great way to build muscle And lose fat! ———— t’s been 4 months since I signed up for Body20 and I’m hooked! I see my body transforming, gaining muscle and getting leaner! I especially notice a difference in my abs and back!! I highly encourage people to check out Body20! It’s only 20 minutes and a fantastic workout! ———— I'm OBSESSED with Body20!! It was super easy to coordinate a demo of the EMS workouts. The staff was super friendly and patient with me guiding me on how to put on the suit and going through the workout. It's so exciting that the EMS technology can level up your workouts to deliver you faster results! That was a huge plus for me! Also the sessions are only 20 minutes long and are low impact so less risk of pulling a muscle and getting hurt ! I was in complete SHOCK of how engaged and activated my muscles were! I went back the next day and signed up for a membership and got another awesome workout! Now I’m 5 sessions in and I’m still loving it! I’ve had 3 different coaches and they’re all so kind and explain the workout moves very clearly! I love this place!
I just completed an EMS workout with Body20 and I’m absolutely blown away by the results! From the moment I arrived, the trainer made me feel comfortable, explaining how the EMS suit works and guiding me through every movement. The session was only 15 minutes, yet it felt like I had done an hour of intense strength training. The electrical impulses targeted muscles I don’t usually feel in a regular workout, and I loved how efficient and focused the whole experience was. What really impressed me was how safe and tailored it felt… my trainer adjusted the intensity to match my comfort level and fitness goals. Even though it was challenging, I never felt pushed beyond my limits. Afterward, I left feeling energized, stronger, and honestly amazed at how effective such a short workout could be. If you’re looking for a time-efficient, high-impact workout that really makes a difference, I can’t recommend Body20Summerlin enough. It’s innovative, effective, and surprisingly fun… I’m hooked!
I have been going here for an about a month and I absolutely love it! I feel so good after every workout, I personally love the one on one training and ability to focus on what feels good and what you want to do that day. The body evaluation that they do is also very insightful and helpful to work towards your goals. I saw great results immediately and continuously as I keep going. I have mostly worked out with Charles, and he is fantastic! Makes the hard work fun, pushes each time a little more than the last and is motivating when you need that little extra push. If you are considering this DO IT, there is a zero commitment demo to give it a try and see if it's for you!
Every session is a great challenge & a fantastic mood booster. Jordan keeps things fresh & the entire staff is incredible. I didn’t know much about the science inside the suit when I started, but this has elevated my weekly workout routine. I’d highly recommend a trial to anyone who has questions or is skeptical about the Body20 system. This is a lifestyle change & you can’t tell me you’re not worth 20 minutes of your own day!
