I recently had a move-in clean done by Silvia's team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, thorough, and left every corner sparkling. A special shoutout to Silvia—her expert tip completely got rid of mould in the bathroom grout that I honestly thought would never come out. Thanks to her, the bathroom looks brand new! I highly recommend Bonus Cleaning for anyone looking for a top-notch cleaning service.
This is an overdue GLOWING review of Bonus Cleaning from January ‘25. Our mother had passed away suddenly and our father had struggled to maintain their flat. Vasiliy put together an absolute ROCKSTAR team for me with a mother and her daughter and son and his girlfriend. They worked at a military pace for a full day with me and came back again the next day to steam clean once we had cleared out enough space. They were ever so kind and gentle with me and I would not have been able to have restored the flat to the condition we achieved without them. They were compassionate, gracious and ever so humanly kind. They helped me in more ways than just cleaning and I will forever be grateful for them. The look on my Dads face when he returned back to his flat was worth everything. The sense of relief in his eyes and restoration of a little bit of peace in an impossibly tragic situation was an invaluable gift we all needed. Bonus Cleaning went above and beyond their duties and I cannot recommend them enough 🙏💝🙏
I recently used Bonus Cleaning for an end-of-tenancy clean. The booking process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how flexible they were — they accommodated a last-minute schedule change with no fuss. Overall the apartment was cleaned to a high standard. However, I was disappointed with how they handled an issue in the bathroom. There was visible black mould left in the silicone around the shower. Since they offer a 72-hour guarantee to return and address any missed areas, I got in touch the same day. I was told the mould couldn’t be cleaned and that the silicone would need replacing. Out of curiosity, I tried cleaning it myself using bicarbonate of soda and bleach from Tesco. To my surprise, most of the mould came off easily without even scrubbing (see pics for before and after). This made me feel let down — it seemed like an excuse to avoid a follow-up visit. While the majority of the clean was excellent, I expected better follow-through on their guaranteed service. For that reason, I’ve knocked off two stars.
Great service by the guys who came to clean our home.. it was definitely left spick and span.. I am surprised to see the response from the estate agents who mentioned that house is left very very clean.. I haven’t had this kind of response from estate agents before who always try to find faults somewhere, but they couldn’t this time.. thanks to Bonus cleaning
Stan, Tedi and Albena did a fantastic top to bottom deep clean of my new house, leaving everything immaculate! The oven looks brand new, all the carpets were steam cleaned well and even mold in the bathroom got tackled well. The service was very quick and professional, thank you!
