Ron was so helpful and very open to showing me what he was doing and how to maintain certain parts of my furnace. It has been difficult to find someone so knowledgeable and willing to help me understand the work he was doing. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone needing someone!
Vincent M. Was great! He came the day of the winter storm Jan 25 with his assistant and installed our furnace so that we would have heat. He wasn’t able to complete the whole job because of the weather but I was grateful just to have heat. He said they would schedule a date to finish the installation and that we were not signing off until the job was fully completed. They were courteous and tidy. Used mats on the floor so not to track the snow. Definitely would recommend Boonstra and Vincent!
Luke came out on a Emegency No-heat call late at night on a Friday and was able to quickly diagnose that the gas valve on our furnace was malfunctioning. He quickly got it working and honestly recommended that it needed replacement. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendly service.
Brandon M. arrived nice early within the expected time window and was super friendly and attentive throughout the visit. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my furnace and walked me through what needed to be done in a very educational, easy-to-understand way. He was thorough and professional. Great experience with Boonstra Heating and Air Conditioning. Highly recommend Brandon and the team!
I called them at 8am and they sent a technician to my house shortly after 10am. That was very fast! They provide vehicle tracking to see how far the tech is from your house which is amazing. They also gave me a full diagnostic email with attachments and images very shortly after the work was completed. Price was also very reasonable. I am very impressed with their overall service. 10/10
