Entire staff from the providers to the front office staff that checks you in are very approachable and attentive. I'm always able to get same day appt close to the time that's convenient for me. The providers takes their time and examine my toddlers and always listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed and unheard. They are absolutely the best hands down! Dr. Shamsnia and Marlowe are who we've seen.
We have been seeing Dr. Marlowe for about three years now, and she is by far my favorite physician my children have ever had. I have four children and have lived in multiple places—Dallas, New York, North Carolina—so I truly feel we’ve had our fair share of pediatricians. I have yet to come across anyone with the bedside manner that Dr. Marlowe has. She is incredibly kind and understanding and always takes the time to build a trusting relationship with each child. Most importantly, she respects my opinions as a parent, which means so much to our family. You can genuinely tell that she has a true passion for her work. I could not be more pleased or confident having my children in her care.
Dr. Vidal’s office was great. Very friendly and helpful staff and Dr. Vidal has an amazing bed side manner. The doctor makes our family feel very confident about the care she is giving our baby girl.
Dr. Bootin is a great doctor. She is kind and friendly. She has treated my children with kindness. We were with her for 21 years. Also, the new office is great.. I highly recommend this doctor and office.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Schaffer has been my son’s doctor since the day he was born, and I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. He’s always patient, kind, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. Every visit feels personal and reassuring . I always leave feeling confident that my son is in the best hands. I’m so grateful for all the years of care and attention Dr. Schaffer has given us. Highly recommend him to any parent looking for a dedicated, compassionate doctor!
