Leslie was a huge help—she followed up with me multiple times and was incredibly patient and supportive. I was close to giving up trying to connect to the video chat after six attempts, but Leslie went above and beyond by personally FaceTiming me to get everything set up. She was very personable, professional, and extremely helpful. Her dedication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
