My family was in town visiting from out of state and we brought them on a Boston Electric Boat, Captain Your Own Boat and had an incredible time! We had kids ranging from 2 to 13 and each one of them had a great time, along with all of the adults! The BEB team was thorough in educating us on how to captain the boat around the Harbor, the boat was beautiful and super clean and each kid enjoyed getting to control the music for part of the day! It was the perfect family activity and allowed us to see Boston from such a unique view, not to mention look at all the amazing boats around the Harbor. We will definitely be making this an annual tradition!

We had such a wonderful experience renting from Boston Electric Boats! Our family took a boat out for the afternoon, enjoyed a great lunch onboard, and cruised all around the harbor. The views were incredible—highlights included seeing TD Garden from the water and passing by the historic site where the Boston Tea Party took place. The whole process was smooth and so family-friendly, and the service truly made the day special. The owner, Patrick, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. From start to finish, he made us feel welcomed and cared for, which made the outing even more memorable. If you’re looking for a wholesome, fun way to explore Boston with family or friends, we can’t recommend Boston Electric Boats enough. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, relaxation, and quality family time on the water. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented one of these boats for my sisters bachelorette party and it was one of the highlights of our trip!!! We were the captains of our own boat and they packed the cooler with ice for us just like we booked. Patrick was so kind when we arrived and got us so excited to get out on the water. I planned this trip out months in advance and the owner was so nice and helpful with booking us. If you’re coming to Boston, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!

Such a fun and easy experience! We had an incredible time with Boston Electric Boats. Our boat was spotless, looked brand new and was so comfortable, with plenty of seating for the 6 of us. Patrick ran through all the details of the boat with us which made for a very smooth ride. The boat operation is very simple and makes for a relaxing trip. The views of the harbor unbeatable! Can’t recommend this enough!

This was our second time renting, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The boat was super clean and well maintained. Patrick was fantastic—he gave clear, helpful instructions and made sure we felt confident before heading out. We had five adults and two kids (ages 6 and 9). It was the 6-year-old’s first time on a boat, and the 9-year-old said it was “the best day ever!” We had friends visiting from out of state, and cruising around Boston Harbor was the perfect way to spend a beautiful afternoon. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly activity in Boston. We’ll definitely be back!
