Valentino picked up my broken Pixel 6 at my home on Friday evening (phoning on the way to let me know that he'd be a few minutes late) and it was ready to pick up with a fixed screen and charging port by Saturday afternoon. Solid repair and great service; I'll happily come to him again the next time that I drop my phone on a rock.
Nothing to complain about. Valentino fixed my phone in no time, answered really quick to every question, he was very patient. He is a professional, I will go to him whenever I need a fix to my devices
I had a terrible experience here. Valentino replaced my perfectly fine phone screen when that was never the issue. My actual problem was that my phone kept shutting off, which left me unable to contact my child. After the so-called “repair,” the issue wasn’t fixed — and the new screen he put on was worse than the original. Because Valentino was closed and not answering his phone when my phone stopped working again, I had to go to another repair shop. The new technician was shocked to learn my phone had been “fixed” just six hours earlier and immediately told me I’d been scammed and should ask for a refund. When I went back to Boston Mobile Phone Repairs today, Valentino was extremely rude. He refused to refund me, saying I wasn’t “allowed” to go anywhere else for help — even though he’s rarely in the shop and clearly doesn’t stand behind his work. Awful experience, unprofessional service, and zero accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — go anywhere else.
My phone had water damage, gave these guys call and Valentino was outside my office about an hour later getting it fixed up. On top of that, the back of my phone had cracked and that's how it got the water damage. He was able to get that fixed too. Service was fast, reliable, and at a great price! If you're in a pickle and need your phone up and running fast, give these guys a call!!
Best customer service I've ever received -- Valentino biked to my workplace within a couple of hours of my contacting him, fixed my phone screen right there in the lobby (my phone was inaccessible for 3 days, and I wasn't able to get to an onsite phone repair due to work schedule), and now I have my phone back (and a cool new privacy screen protected). Feeling very relieved to have this headache gone -- and through SUCH a convenient solution!
