I am in the UK and ordered a hamper online to be delivered to family on the Gold Coast. The staff at Botanique were extremely helpful, contacting me by email about a slight problem with the delivery address I had provided. They were so friendly and were more than happy to arrange for the gift to be delivered in an afternoon. Excellent customer service.
We get flowers delivered from them every week a new bunch is sent and they are always amazing! we also send our patients flower from them and have always had great feedback from our patients.

I brought the Asiatic Lily Wrap in orange and yellow for my Mum’s birthday and it is the most beautiful bouquet ever, amazing pricing for the quality and amount you get. Customer service was also lovely and staff were extremely accomodating to my wishes. Website is easy and practical to use. Their same day delivery cut off is quite late as well which I loved, delivery was quite fast after i ordered too considering we are 30 minutes away. 10/10 👏 👏 👏 My mum loved them Thank you so much!! Couldn’t get flowers from a better place!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend !!!!!!
It was a wonderful experience as my husband loved it so much plus the florists had taken care of every request of mine without any neglection as I ordered the bouquet with multiple colours of locally grown roses which were a great choice. Loving every order from here
