Their customer service was excellent, they prioritized safety and cleanliness, and the equipment was in excellent condition. Everyone had a blast! John with Bounce House of Joy has always been so wonderful to work with! He has been our saving grace every time we’ve had a party and needed rentals (chairs, tables, tents, bounce house). This year we slipped up and didn’t realize until last minute (literally) that we forgot to rent tables, chairs and tents, and John saved the day! He is always very professional, friendly, the items are clean and affordable, and he’s always on time.
