The turnaround time is significantly faster than Flip Out. The staff are professional and supportive, and the environment is welcoming.
We booked and exclusive hire at bounce it was an incredible party with awesome staff. Ash and the team they were incredible credit to bounce . So accomodating they were absolutely awesome
We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of gluten free options and lactose free milk for a coffee available for purchase. Made our experience much more pleasurable as we find it hard to eat out due to allergies and intolerances. They had a seperate fryer for the chips too which made it even better. The cafe server was more than happy to help by double checking the ingredients so we didn’t get sick. Much appreciated! Kids had a great time.
Did my 6 year old birthday party their. The whole process was smooth and the team was a great help specially our party host Yasmine. Great work from the team to manage all the 17kids and made sure the food and drinks are on-time for these kids to dig inn.
Definitely a great place to spend a few hours jumping. It was super fun. I recommend going in a group and being creative with the variety of games you can try. I have to say we were lucky that there weren't many people at the session we went to, which allowed us to jump and use each of the courts at all times without disturbing anyone. The staff was undoubtedly very friendly and welcoming. As soon as we left, we were already talking about coming back another day.
