The kids LOVED the bulldozer bounce house! It was delivered on time, staff were friendly and professional,, explained everything to my 3 year old grandson who watched the set up in awe! Highly recommend and shared company information with multiple people who asked where we got it! Thank you! It was the highlight of the party!

Khari at Bounce On Us saved my party and possibly my marriage. I scheduled some tables and chairs and a bouncy house for a family event about a month before a family event. On the day of the event - a few hours before guests arrived- I realized that I had accidentally entered the wrong date in the calendar, scheduling the delivery for the day after the party. It was a little typo, but it was going to ruin the day… and my wife was probably going to kill me. I called Khari and left a message. He called me back shortly afterwards, even though he was working towards delivering rental supplies to other customers. Within a very short period of time, he rerouted a crew and had the equipment delivered to my house with time to spare. I couldn’t be more grateful – these guys are total professionals who put their time aside to help me out. And they didn’t even charge me extra.

I can’t say enough how wonderful my experience was with this party rental company. I was so panicked last minute to find my throne chair for my baby shower yesterday, after finding “bounce on us” I had nothing else to worry about. They were so polite. The customer service was excellent, over the phone, via email & at pick up and drop off. The chair was delivered, very clean and comfortable and in great condition. We used the chair for almost all of our family pictures because it was so beautiful. Thank you so much for your good business and hospitality. We will use you again in the future.

We wanted to rent a white throne chair..found Bounce on Us less than 2 weeks before the sweet 16 party we were throwing for my great niece the first weekend in January. Khari was more than accommodating. Even helped me figure out online payment. They arrived to deliver the chair early…we were so happy to see it we screamed..we even took photos of it coming off the truck. The throne chair is beautiful and gave the party the over the top element that we were looking for. We got lots of compliments from other parents and some even wanted information on where we got it. Bounce on Us staff were very helpful & pleasant to work with. Thank You for making Hijjah’s party one to remember

After reaching out to several companies for Products and qouts Bounce on us party rental was the most Efficient responsive and accommodating. Their website was very easy to navigate. I received phone call right away when I had a question. Between booking online and the day off delivery the communication was excellent.
