This was the best experience. We got two bounce structures and they were both pristine. Clean and looked brand new. We also received a popcorn and cotton candy machine and all were in excellent condition. Clean and easy to use. Owners were very friendly and easy to reach when I had questions and did a great job reviewing instructions. If you need party rental equipment do not look anywhere else.
We have used bouncy bounce rentals for 3 years in a row now for our daughter's birthday and have been happy with our experience each time. This year We wanted to do an overnight rental for a specific bounce house but it was already reserved for the next day and Jessica helped us figure out a solution by picking it up later that night instead of early the next morning. The delivery was on time and the bounce house itself was in great condition and very clean. We would use them again in a heart beat!
We had an excellent experience with Bouncy Bounce! We rented the 3 in 1 bounce house with front slide from them. The process was simple and everyone was very professional. The bounce house arrived on time and was set up and cleaned expertly by Wes, the delivery driver. The kids at the party had a great time with the bounce house! We will definitely order from them again. Very reliable and easy to work with! Thank you!
We ordered the princess bounce house and it was very clean and in great condition. Kids loved it! Smooth set up/ breakdown process. Highly recommend and would definitely work with them again!
We used Bouncy Bounce Bounce for my daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was amazing! Wes delivered the bounce house on time, set everything up quickly, and made the whole process totally stress-free. The candle castle was huge, super clean, and a total hit with the kids 👑💕 Prices were great, communication was easy, and everything went exactly as promised.
