While at work as a nurse I hurried to order some pretty flowers to surprise one of my coworkers on her last day. Order via Doordash , price was 45.00 just for the arrangement and this is what my coworker was surprised with. I was so disappointed and embarrassed, I really wanted this to be something beautiful and special for her. I called the florist and asked if there was a way we could make this right and they were apologetic but adamant that this is what the order was suppose to look like.
I’ve ordered in the past and didn’t have issues, but the order I placed for Mother’s Day was a different story. I ordered an arrangement that totaled over $100 and what was delivered was nothing like it (see photos attached). I understand the arrangement may not be exact, but the photos show a difference that can’t be ignored. I sent an email to the business on Sunday and didn’t receive a response. I then sent a follow up email on Wednesday, still no response. I attempt to call all morning (during business hours) and the phone line remains busy. They don’t have to worry about my business again
I had a great experience calling from out-of-state getting a same-day bouquet delivered to my daughter. Friendly customer service, fast delivery, and great quality. Will definitely order again.
I am always nervous ordering flowers from somewhere new, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the arrangement Bouquet Boutique provided. I ordered the day before a funeral service and they arrived in plenty of time and look stunning. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thanks so much!
My teenage son and I had the most magical experience at this shop today. He wanted to get a bouquet of a bunch of single flowers so he could write down the meaning of each flower for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day (early). This boutique allowed us to go back in the cooler inside and outside so he could handpick each flower. We were able to pick up this jaw-dropping gorgeous bouquet shortly thereafter that they created for him. The florist even wrote down each and every single flower so we could google the meanings for the GF’s present. Thank you for the amazing product and for the fabulous momma experience with my son!
