The customer service at Bouquetino is second to none. My daughters and I came into the flower shop on a Saturday to pick out a floral arrangement for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were met by Luba, and immediately we can sense she knew everything about the flower she was working with, the vendors she deals with and the care each individual flower required. There was no pressure from her as to which flowers we should get, or what to do. She left it to us, but provided guidance along the way for a great choice. We had a very minor issue with the flowers after we took them home. And after texting Luba, she did not hesitate to have us bring it back and made us a completely new arrangement. Thank you for the great service and the beautiful flowers.
What a gem of a florist! We were first time customers, and were stunned by the beauty & freshness of the flowers, and the level of service. They took the time to tell us about the flowers and how to best care for them. You could absolutely tell that they loved their job and the flowers, and were committed to excellence. We purchased the white symphony arrangement, and it brought my mother-in-law to tears it was so gorgeous. What a special place! This will be our go to florist moving forward! Highly recommend.
Luba is a pleasure to work with. She stayed within my budget and created gorgeous flower arrangements for my daughter’s baptism. She is also very reasonably priced and her creativity is unmatched.
We bought an arrangement for my mom on Mother's day and she was beyond thrilled with it. We are all very happy with the end result. The flowers are very fresh, beautiful and perfectly arranged. This will be our go-to flower shop in the future. Very reasonable prices and friendly service as well.
